I hope you love your new mug, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how I handle returns and refunds:
📦 Returns
If you’d like to return your order, please contact me first within 7 days of receiving your item.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs must be paid by you, the buyer.
💰 Refunds
If your mug arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of receiving it with clear photos of the damage.
If eligible, I will offer a full refund without requiring a return for damaged items.
I cannot offer a refund for damage reported more than 5 days after delivery, as I cannot be held responsible for mugs that are not looked after properly or not used according to my Care for Your Mug guidelines.
⚠️ Important
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once I have received and inspected the returned item (unless the item was damaged on arrival and you qualify for a full refund without return).
I do not accept returns on custom or personalised orders, unless they arrive damaged.
