I can only offer a refund if an item arrives damaged (broken or vinyl removed) as every item is made to order.

You must message me within 7 days of receiving the damaged item with proof of damage and I will offer a full refund including postage. 

Unfortunately I cannot offer a refund after this time as I cannot be held responsible for how an item is cared for after this time.
