Customs Policy:

Please note that all customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

If a package is returned to me because customs fees were not paid, I will refund the cost of the item only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the package is not returned, no refund will be issued.

I endeavour to get every order out within 7-10 days and usually sooner but sometimes due to delays in stock arriving this maybe be slightly longer. 

Refund/Replacement Policy

I can only offer a refund or replacement if an item arrives damaged (broken or vinyl removed) as every item is made to order.

You must message me within 7 days of receiving the damaged item with proof of damage and I will offer a full refund including postage.

*Return postage must be paid by the buyer if a return is arranged for any reason*

Unfortunately I cannot offer a refund after this time as I cannot be held responsible for how an item is cared for after this time.
